yeah. on top of taking me to Eureka and experiencing the rain, the music (we lucked out) and the food for my birthday, Rinney got me this album when we were at the antique store. LOVE.
OH and he got me justin townes earle tickets for Little Rock. he’s incredible.

all geared up for the best Christmas ever
I didn’t have much shopping to do since we all decided to exchange names this year. Normally what puts me in the spirit and gets me excited is all the shopping I do for everyone else and the anticipation of finding out just how much they love said gifts. Yesterday I was driving with sweetheart who adores Elvis, and we heard “Blue Christmas” and he was singing and we were grinning and it was like boom. Right then and there, Christmas electricity filled me up and I’ve been on that high since. We have a ton of Christmases to go to/appear at (my immediate family, my grandma/extended family, his mom and step-dad’s, his sister’s) and its going to be so hectic and joyful and I can’t wait.
